In actuality, condos were the first thing that went down and many still haven't reached their 2007 prices.I think things are too fluid and risky right now for an inexperienced investor.

@Justin Kurpius I am not sure what you’re seeing in your market but I just refinanced a property this week without even providing my W2 so the credit market is still fluid here.

Make sure you have a fluid design that allows you to manage the leads from the point they come into your CRM whether it be you or eventually a team member.

LLCs are not fluid, but the choice to transfer your assets into an LLC are.

I think most people now understand that transmission via surfaces/touch is almost impossible, but people still freak out about irrational and scientifically impossible things all the time so who knows.

Would consider it just another financial investment without the SEC, board of directors, fluid market, bankers, related to a stock or bond asset.  

Luckily they stock it at Walmart, it's in the blinker fluid isle.

But older vehicles that have acceptable impairments (dings, dents, maybe sheet metal damage, etc.) but aren't leaking fluids and start and sound 'normal'... there are some reasonable buys if you stay patient, even (occasionally) from the high volume sales areas like Raleigh.
