While our appreciation might not grow as quickly as LA County, there is a reason why Riverside and San Bernardino Counties are the fastest growing areas in the state of California and have helped the state recover from the terrible recession.

Josh,I wouldn’t say it is terribly difficult to find a good MFH in the DFW area depending on your contacts and your diligence to work hard and move quickly.

Been doing a ton of reading and research the past few months and getting ready to take the plunge.Got my first pre-approval and I have a sneaky suspicion that they offered me a terrible rate, knowing how new I am.

I'm not terribly worried about offending sellers, I buy used items at work all day from people who are offended by the prices I want to pay, but my agent seemed to fall apart when I told her what I wanted to offer.

As long as each parcel meets minimum zoning requirements (size, set backs, electric/water, etc.) then it's not a terrible way to do it.
