Go ahead and ask the resident tenant base if that's increased or decreased the availability of affordable housing in the last several years.

"Ok, it sucks people are blatantly copying our hard work... but how do I just get so far ahead of them.. they're always copying our work from 6months to 2 years ago... and they have no clue why our design looks like it does because they didn't do the 500+ split tests to know what elements are actually important".

Don't rush it.

So long as you're able to discuss the situation with family and agree on a setup that suits all parties, I don't necessarily see there being a need to rush out the door.

You are ahead of most people that buy into the courses and mentors in that you have two properties and see it works. 

@Jake Oakes one of the tough things about owning properties long term is that you have to always be thinking several steps ahead of everyone else.

The asking was $679k (still is listed as we were in no rush or need to remove it.
