Finding someone who can see the vision of tiny houses and how they can be a part of the solution in the "missing middle" in the housing market AND has some real estate development experience.I've made significant traction over the last couple of years but need to get to the next level so we can pull all of it together and get the concept community underway.

Your first action step now should probably be to set some goals starting with a 5-10 year vision and working back.

Just like anything, I want to have a great vision/plan and then be able to pivot fast when needed.Thanks for your input and let me know on what I mentioned to give a little more context. 

I just spoke with a contractor and he referred me to an architect, I'd like to interview a view to get there vision and pick the idea I like the best.

The "banner" I would waive in front of the seller is Vision. 

That said, before I read 100 more books and get lost in all the different potential strategies I could use, I figured it would be wise to preemptively introduce myself to the bigger pockets community, and see if the people I meet and connections I make incline me to embrace a certain strategy or influence my perspective on this potential investment.Based on my limited research, I believe BRRRR investing/Buy and Holding of rental properties is the strategy that suits my vision.

There could be opportunity there for those that have the vision to see it.  

If I were to assemble multiple parcels, I'd probably contact all owners and share my vision to get some buy in.

To be concise, you should probably enlist a few pros in your area to help quantify your vision so you can more accurately evaluate the real estate side of this purchase.

Our brain cells will take time to even digest what’s happening now, it will take sometime before it can put all the pieces together for a vision for the future.
