Even if it states that cash is acceptable, I doubt it states on how its to be transferred.My lease states NO CASH or CHECKS..... direct deposit only....at the bank, ACH or Zelle, Cozy, Venmo etcNo way am I going to go door to door and pick up rent payments...... waste of my time and not safe on top of that...... if they want to pay cash, money order etc, they can direct deposit it into the local bank.... period.
