Have an abundance mentality.

I am living proof that with determination, hope, and constant work, the ability to move, mentally emotionally, physically, and professionally, in a positive direction can be done. 

Has anyone dealt with tenant who is bipolar, off their meds? He’s been fired from his job. Family had him involuntarily committed. Local hospital immediately released him. He gave a handwritten, scribbled notice sayin...

The first one I did with the mentality that if I lose money that it would be an expensive learning experience.

Sounds like you want the time and mental space back that this property occupies in your life.

I’m not planning to leave anything to my kids except hopefully the knowledge and drive to be the best versions of themselves physically spiritually emotionally charitably mentally and financially.

That's sort of the opposite mentality of investing..Does this make any sense? 

I like to say I have a million dollar mentality with a hundred dollar bank account. 

That mentality will make you poor while others who took BOLD action will pass you buy.
