Something like an iPad / iPhone app that turns snapshots or video into a properly drawn out floor plan - or better yet, a 3-D rendering of the home, which would make visualizing moving a wall or looking at different kitchen layouts a heck of a lot easier.Any ideas?

I would buy another copy if will be at some point I like the features on their iphone app.

I got a second iPhone.

Giant shoe box of receipts, I did see an app for i phone that scans and converts to pdf file.

Depending on timing if you purchase X $’s, they will give you six months same as cash, so if you can complete the flip in less than that, you can pay the lowes card before you pay any interest.

Ann, can’t tag you on iPhone....Neither tortious interference or an LP would work for a Wholesaler’s potential buyer skipping them to go directly to the agent.

Otherwise they're just going to go out and buy a bunch of teslas, iphone 18's and coach purses ;)
