@Kevin Hoover, with certain types of entities it is possible to contribute property to and distribute property from that entity without triggering a tax event. 

Guess what guys, I just started using Buildium and we are in 2023, they still do NOT have a way of properly entering and tracking your credit card expenses.I use one credit card for all expenses and at the end of the month I am trying to make a lump sum payment for each property and there is no way to handle something this simple. 

The first couple is a no-brainer.The second group has too many people, increasing wear-and-tear on the home.

We would like to cash out refinance as soon as we are able to, so we can move to the next one.  

For many of us we are above board and tend to think we do the right thing but the number of vultures out there is pretty significant and its really those who this is about.
