Well,  I was going to collect the rest that day but got distracted with all the drama. 

It was very unexpected, and being in the middle of 2 projects means I've had to step in and finish them along with our son, so it's been a challenge, while at the same time, being a needed distraction at this time, as is trying to figure out the highest and best use for the property in Redding. 

It is very easy to get distracted and being strict is the way to go.

That's a good lesson to learn early and at least you didn't have to pay completely out of pocket to learn it.Watching tie wrap flap back and forth out of the corner of your eye on track is a distraction - i don't blame him for complaining about it!

As I said I was distracted with a family emergency and was going out of state a lot.

I have let it distract me from the park but I figure it will not hurt to let some time pass on the park.

Don't get distracted by the shinny penny!  

I am not sure if that was for distraction, to build trust falsely, or those were all the things he knew about.  

If your ultimate goal is to invest then getting to caught up in the agent stuff will be a distraction and overall can hold you back.
