My daughter and I are newbies looking for the first SMF property.  

My daughter and son-in-law are purchasing a 4-plex in Tennessee and although I am very knowledgeable in Florida real estate, I do not know anything about how it works in Tennessee. 

It takes tenacity, hard work, and effort to become a successful realtor, my daughter qualified three years ago and it is the best career decision she ever made.

Judge is threatening to take her daughter away because of the move.

One of the tenants is an older couple who had their daughter staying with them when I went to look at the house. 

At 7:30 am my new tenants, a disabled vet, wife, daughter and 2 sons with special needs pulled up in their U-Haul. 

I am looking forward to this re-entry and this time with my daughter.  

Someone has a problem, you have a solution, and you prove to them you can do what you say you can do to solve their problem.I'll give you an example: I recently bought a house from an elderly couple, the sale of which was facilitated by their adult daughter.

Our family closed on a duplex that will be my Daughter, Sky's when she turns 18.

My priorities are: leaving money for my 14yr old daughter for the future, my student loan, investing/acquiring a str/ltr.
