There's the potential of having a relatively large capital gains tax through my crypto investing as I take profits this year, which is taxed the same as stock.

@Mark FutalanThere are considerable tax considerations for US citizens that do business in a foreign country.If they have more than $10,000 value of currency in a foreign country, they may be required to report it to the US government on an annual basis.

Last time I saw 10% down reduced the CMHC premium dramatically so I would at least consider that at a minimumKeep in mind the interest rates are so low so is it worth to put another 10-15% down when you can put that in stocks or crypto

Are landlords accepting crypto currency yet or I'm too early? 

I am 17 and have been growing my investor mindset for around a year now, starting with investing in stocks and recently crypto and have been building my portfolio.

The advent of currency, collapse of currency, hyper-inflation, deflation.

I have recently gained around 45k off of my cryptocurrency investments and I’m looking to run up as much as I can before the end of this year.

That (hyper-inflation) would only happen if the USD lost status as the world's reserve currency, but I believe that's the plan. 

@Katie Panzica, I can't believe I'm suggesting this:  Your stock market money may be better left there - but with your research going into that market (or maybe Crypto?)
