@Calvin Rappard I don't think it is feasible to do a new screening every year, and more importantly, I am not sure you have the tools to move someone out if they fail....

They can be great tools for funding acquisitions and supporting the BRRR strategy, especially for multifamily properties.

It is actually just a tool to create the already mentioned accelerated depreciation.

Some tools that might help at this stage include AirDNA, Rabbu, Airbitcs and or STR Insights. 

Elimination of title means that the owner has made the mobile "permanent" by removing the wheels, placing the mobile on a foundation, putting skirting around the mobile and filed the correct paperwork.

These tools are much easier to use than QB (even for those of us with QB expertise).
