I've been browsing the MLS listings all around the areas of Frederick & Hagerstown, including places west like Boonsboro, Brunswick, Harper's Ferry, etc... and I started to wonder whether I should just ignore places that aren't fairly close to the population centers.  

What are some of the better websites for browsing bank owned properties?

You can actually educate yourself a little by browsing the Indiana Court databases at https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase/#/vw/Search and see which PM's are in court the most for your target area.
