In fact, I am so anti-BS Guru, the selling the "easy money" dream crap drove me so crazy that was one of the major reasons I started FIBI over 6 years ago with Jeremy Roll.Because of the nature & the reemergence of real estate investing in the public eye, there is always a percentage of newbies & wannabe investors with most meetings, not just FIBI.

IMHO, we need *more* "government interference" in the Hvac trades, specifically some anti-trust & price fixing investigations.

At least here in NJ, I believe that you need to be in a place for 30 days to have legal possession of it and protection by anti-eviction statutes.

There are a number of people who seem to be anti-turnkey.

And this is compounded by what seem to be increasingly anti-car policies by DMPED to approve projects with lower and lower parking requirements, some evening going so far as to say the DC gov. is on a crusade against cars.

I've looked at the Anti-Eviction Act and related bulletins from the state but I haven't seen anything specifically mentioned about this.Thanks!

I'm guessing it's because I have so much anti-virus stuff running that it blocks lots of automatic website features.
