@Landon Bleau if you want to look a little farther south along the Lake Michigan coast I run the area from Grand Haven to Ludington.

I wish I had bought nicer homes south of Jackson.

Thought I'd revive this thread as I too am interested in exploring the what turnkey providers might service the South Carolina market. 

I’ve heard a lot of positive things about Columbus OH  look at land and ground up not existing. you can get better locations. don't let the columbus biggerpockets agents put you into south linden or hilltop when you can get closer to downtown and better markets like Franklinton, near east, southern orchards, etc 

I’m located about an hour south of Louisville.

If I was staying down south and a thermostat was locked at 70 I wouldn’t be able to sleep.

My family operates a home building business in South Jersey.

I'm currently living in Crown Point Indiana and hope to invest in surrounding Northwest Indiana (Hobart, Merrillville, Portage, Lake Station) and maybe eventually the South West suburbs of Chicago.I'm mostly interested in flipping single family homes and purchasing smaller multi families. 

I am looking to invest ideally south of North Miami (which includes Miami Shores / Biscayne Park), North of Coral Way (which includes Brickell / Downtown Miami) and East of Allapattah (which includes Wynwood and Midtown).
