@Sanjay Singh but I’ve noticed that many houses there are within my budget ....Can't comment on the Indianapolis market but generally speaking buying real estate in a particular market because the housing is within your budget is not a valid reason to invest.

Typically speaking we leave out front/side exterior photos on every listing, regardless of grandeur.Years ago there was a rash of thefts in South Florida where people were finding houses based on map and exterior photos and breaking in when vacant and clearing them out. 

How do contracts work in this situation? If we have our own assignable contract, how does that interact with an agent using their standard contract? I might be overthinking it, but I’m curious about how it all comes t...
