Are you are concerned about the note being counted as an asset when determining Medicare funding for your dad's nursing home care?

We get a few inquiries about furnished apartments-traveling nurses for example; but it just is not a consistent enough demand to cater to the 'furnished' market.

Interesting reading the first few posts on this thread....I would pull out of the Vacation Rental game for the next few months and suggest STR's to travel nurses and such.Get creative.

If they are allowed to do it for pay, it's safe to assume that the LO can lawfully do it for no pay.Pragmatically, LOs and Realtors gossip, no different than doctors and nurses, or whatever other metaphor you prefer.
