Maybe this was an odd find getting a house through property tax foreclosure. 

Sure, there's some 'what if' type things that could go wrong, but as a dog owner odds are its a 5-7 minute favor and life moves on.I also respectfully disagree with Thomas.

Well this is a bit of an odd one.

Another $1100 went into furnishings, decorations and odds and ends to make it an attractive AirBnB.Our first week renting it was over Christmas. 

Sites like BP, Zillow and the linke actually increased in numbers.The odd thing is that afternoon MOZ updated it's thing, I actually increased both my PA and DA, but that evening (just a few hours later) my PA dropped 10 friggin points... my DA remained "the same".

Seems odd.

I also add some custom size shelving by purchasing 3/4" white melamine shelves and cutting them to size for odd spaces. 

I make alot but my income is odd and doesn't qualify for conventional morgage as of yet so we would need to go off her income and she makes less then half of me. so untill she finishes her bachalors and dental school I'm going to be the bread bringer in the family.appreciate your response!

Agents often claim commission has nothing to do with their sale process, no doubt there are some agent saints with purly selfless motivations, I like my odds of dealing with non saints a bit better.
