Ok, as a real estate agent and a potential investor, I've heard many great things about this platform, so I decided to finally give it a try.

My budget is slightly constrained for this first property so looking to save on purchase price and hopefully add value through renovations.

@Sidney Johnson just make sure that your finances and relationship are in a good place to attack this from a position of strength.

Most people are wrong about cuts, but for fun, many people saying we may only get Fed cuts 1-2x this year.
