Much cheaper to maintain and on the electric billand etc.I only build cabins in the woods though so again, the drainage would be the issue if you are more in a neighborhood or something. 

How bad is bad when you say that the power electric company  "messed" up the yard?

His motel has been shut down since COVID-19 for not being up to code, now, he has renovated it and water/electricity is running.

Recommend you get with your engineering firm and tell them what you want. 

Don’t forget monthly electric costs to keep the recirculating pump on, and water costs to maintain proper water level.

Someone comes in and uses lead roof materials, electrical conduits, a tank lining, soft solder, orparts from China all which have lead in remodeling after the certification...I know lead is dangerous for children.

Long story short, they recommend a process that basically looks like...Soil scientist --> (septic engineer IF needed) --> site plan --> county approval...We've spoken to a few soil scientists and they all quote 2k-5k to analyze the property for an appropriately sized septic system. 

I agree with the previous comments about figuring out what your goals are in the next 10 years and reverse engineer - what do you need to do to achieve this?
