Like others have touched on though, we were working on it up until move in day but just little touches here and there, washer/dryer delivery, etc.

Mernards wouldn't have any issues negotiating on prices and delivery methods. 

They also have a pro desk that really helps me on orders and they even do some deliveries free if the truck passes through the area. 

The pickup and delivery won't be until Thursday.  

@Mimi J.If the OP is simply serving a notice of termination, there should be not need to go before the court:NOTE: The day of delivery is not counted as part of the notice time.
