If you are painting with a color that is in the same visual spectrum, or is simply the same color, and you use a high-end paint you can usually get away with one coat.

On one hand, the tiling is more visually appealing, but it might be more vulnerable to dirt grime. 

So since homes are made of cellulose and mold spores are ubiquitous in the normal outdoor environment, we need to determine somehow what has been wet.Preforming visual inspections for mold is also possible in attics, crawlspaces, beneath cabinets, etc.

@Chinmay J. when I said "highly undesirable" I certainly meant the maximum allowed by state law but thanks for pointing that out :-)  Sometimes owners don't use the max which certainly is not a deterrent for slow pays.

It has to do with the visual presentation of the mail piece.Once they open it, they are not going to not read it because it is printed.They open the envelop they will read it!

Also nowadays with enhanced report feature they all look the same, which is nice and removes and preference for visual bias.
