The area is very desirable, great schools, restaurants, shops and major airports close by. 12 mins from downtown St.

When we purchased the property it was being listed as only a one bedroom with maximum of two occupants, we knew with a few fun features to help the photos pop and a very nice hide-a-bed couch we could charge more and get more nights rented.

I would consider selling, i’m not necessarily saying you should, BUT only hold if you have a very strong belief in the appreciation of this property. 

I’ve been doing Subject to and Creative Finance for a very long time, and I know you have to think ahead.

DSCR would most likely be the best option here.

By the time the Fed cuts rates, many of the best deals will be gone.
