Sorry to get excited but I don't want to see you get taken advantage of bc the numbers on a spread sheet look good.

Flipping is a higher risk activity, and thus being able to flip several properties at once will help to spread that risk out. 

That small spread of 350 that doesnt include calculations for repairs and such is very unlikely to keep you above water.
