As to the Pitbull issue, personally I have never met a Pitbull I didn't like. 

Work spread about what were doing and how much we were struggling and through that we met a general contractor who has 40+ years of experience under his belt and came to the job site to help us.

You may get a few dead leads and unqualified people but how many can depend on a variety of things (location, rent amount, listing description, etc.).To effectively screen prospective tenants, you can/should ask for W-2 forms, recent pay stubs, employment verification, landlord referral letters, and conduct a background check on them as well.

I am not sure if Wholesale is the right description for these people, but you know what I'm talking about.

I liked this episode a lot more than I expected when I read the description.

It'll be obvious what it is driving by, even with a neighborhood type name, and add the descripters online so people searching can find it.

The supply constrained part is key because that area of Central Arkansas is not a growth market.Also may be partnering with boots on the ground...met a few candidates while visiting.
