Great acqs - student housing is worth looking into, independence area has been getting lots of attention (the schools teaches from Kansas are transitioning to MO), folks from the Ford plant in Claycomo seem to like living close to the highways for access.

Lender wouldn't let have  the house unless i paid the car off. i gave the title company a check made out to Ford for $13,000 and that 13k shows up as closing cost on the paper work.I'm just saying maybe you don't have to pay it off.
