There's nothing wrong with a leasehold..with the exception of financing limitations.

You'll have similar issues with a conventional mortgage except for the prepayment penalty. 

To be honest folks;   Its more work then I guessed up front when SMS marketing to 3.5k leads over 30 days (excepting Sundays) and updating the automatic Do not disturb filters (triggerig on "never contact me..." replies), answering folks back, settup up new campaigns.
