I do know one of the Brokers personally, bought a condo through her and she was a patient of another doctor in my office.  

Conversely one of my clients that is a doctor making 1 million a year doing surgeries doesn't need the money.

Their reasoning was Doctors and Lawyers don't put their pic on their business cards, so why should they...I wasn't sure if this was starting to be a trend.

Though I am training to become a doctor, I have a plan to use real estate as an investment vehicle that will free me from any bond I feel to work as a doctor because i need to do it to pay for my life and the associated expenses.

The hope is it that if your tenants are spending less time at the doctor, more time at work, and spending less on utilities, they'll have more money for rent and will stick around longer.
