UDs are supposed to be expeditious proceedings, and one of the few policies that encourage resolution is the masking law.

The other tenant is a boyfriend/girlfriend situation that is having a domestic dispute and is splitting up.

If the dispute is over the Indiana house, you likely need to file in Indiana, and therefore need an Indiana-licensed attorney. 

Check all three of your credit bureau reports and dispute anything you don't recognize.
