It's usually the member/borrower's creditworthiness that is the issue and interferes with approval, not the LLC. 

It may be possible for the homeowner to talk with their lender's workout department and negotiate terms to pay off the arrears, penalties and late fees on a new schedule. 

So if you over 10 hours a month dealing with your rentals you actually will be saving money by hiring a PM.

If you can network and work with a larger wholesaler to get you going I would.

You will need to look at lots of deals to find the right one.

Some take on the business w/o having the proper systems in place to deal with low-demographic tenants & properties.We also see owners being part of the problem - expecting Class A fees, service & results from their Class C & D properties.
