HelloI just finished watching the pod cast with Brian Burke and on the pod cast they touched on starting out.

I have tuned in to roughly 10 hours worth of pod-casts and decided to join. 

I hear people on the pod casts all the time talking about buying properties for less than 100k!  

Going back to listen to the multifamily casts soon.
