There are always unintended consequences.We will have ongoing supply shortages at high prices and business margins will be squeezed causing considerable layoffs.

Layoffs will squeeze mom and pop operators in expensive locales.

Their other family members have seen job layoffs, working harder for less, etc. and barely getting by over the years.I have increased my business every year and make more than they could in ten years.

Layoffs would lead to car repos would lead to foreclosures just the same.
