The person who owns the life use is in a nursing home now and she is 85.

I'm currently a Registered Nurse and have a stable foundation in rent and some notes.

I am currently travel nurse in Norcal and have been in the area for 7 months (great area) and I can tell you there are always needs for rentals for travel nurses.

Does anyone know about advertising to traveling nurses or doctors.

I currently work as a nurse making decent income (80,000$ annually) and I don’t plan on quiting any time soon, maybe decrease hours once I get my real estate license and more properties but overall I’m not dying to quit being a nurse.

Also, I am a nurse who's worked in a hospital for a while, but I am transitioning to a home visiting care within a few days.

Traveling nurses/doctors were my main clients.

Another loophole is if you decided to rent out for 30 days at a time (this option is great for traveling nurses that are from place to place 6-8 months at a time).

Ever tried if you rent short term to travel nurse ?
