Anytime a tenant is nasty with our staff it is a huge red flag.

Anytime you take money out of the pocket of someone who pays you to do work for them you had best fully disclose when you take money from another person for doing the work you are already being paid for. 

Whereas an HOA can call a vote at any time and shut you down instantly with zero input or due process. 

The renovations are cosmetic and are estimated to cost about 8k. 7.375% is a much higher interest rate than the other 4 properties I have, which are all between 3.25 - 4.25%, but I know that's just the situation with interest rates right now, and it may not get better any time soon.
