Pretty good for rural western Illinois. 

I am in Western Washington looking at the Pacific and terrified of that NY bill.

For most of the major western United States markets, everything seems to be on hold.

I currently live in Chicago western suburbs.

In other words, a few people might do this and get away with it for a month or two or three, but there's no way the laws are going to be changed in all of the Western World that is going to favor squatter's rights, and when this crisis subsides those few who do so will find they have wrecked their credit and created unnecessary chaos in their lives. 

I have purchased with Lee Ann Dean with Preview Properties Skagit County, Rebecca Geisendorf with Keller Williams Western Realty and found them both to be helpful. 

I'm looking for landlords and investors in Central Western Indiana and Central Eastern Illinois area to be colleges and for networking.

I would check out the western suburbs in your search, plenty of flipping deals in places like Berwyn and Oak Park.
