The other is a shooting star that looks pretty for a while, will burn out soon, ruin your reputation, and eventually you will run out of suckers to swallow.I choose a sustainable, transparent, AND profitable business model.So I guess it all boils down to personal preferences. 

The guest checks out in a few days and I'm trying to avoid asking them to leave early and risking a 1 star review on Airbnb which will hurt our Superhost status.My question is, has anyone been in this situation before?

Look at the Star every evening and you will see big foreclosures all the time.

Also, if you can think of Option C, you are a rock-star!

@Timothy Vint I can speak on HGTV first hand...had one of my flip houses filmed by the stars of flip or flop and hgtv said they made 110k profit and sold first day with multiple offers.

I understand you wanting to keep people from messing with the temp, but I think you are setting yourself up for some 3 star reviews.

I think Airbnb's biggest assets were hosts, their motivation to build long term positive reviews, 5 stars, etc... and reputation, that he destroyed.As for looking to build a 3rd platform after airbnb/vrbo, No, I don't believe that's the issue despite all the imperfection.

Yet I have 1500 glowing 5 star reviews and it's because I turn away the trouble guest.
