I can assure you that my business will not only thrive and flourish but will be around for a very long time and when I get my license it will only get better as I partner with my friend and expand.

But that's not my primary so what I do now is make sure I read enough to keep me current on those trends.I think trying to do too much fosters unorganized thoughts and actions and ultimately derails being successful.Just my opinion and I know other people welcome what can be kaos for some because they are able to thrive in it.It just seems that trying to focus on all aspects of this business at once would be exhausting.....

You will need to build the relationship in order to thrive with this method of locating REO's.I have found that it is much more of an education and worth the time to follow the listing of a foreclosure through the process until after courthouse auction.

As long as their are naïve people who are looking for a quick buck that refuse to look at RE as a structured industry (that can be complex at times) these who claim to provide the path to wealth will thrive and feed on them.

But now the rental community is thriving. 

I live in Denver, so hopefully since it isn’t a climate the bugs normally thrive in treating the unit will take care of the the problem.

On the flip side cities will thrive if the vaccines work and Covid becomes a faint memory.

Of course, this all happened in the context of the pandemic, which has created unusual circumstances for the housing market to thrive.

Strict business, if you can do that you can survive and thrive.
