If there are tax benefits, that certainly helps and can add to the wealth building by freeing up more cash for more income-producing stuff.My opinion, of course, but I try to encourage my investors to be wealth-forward rather than tax-forward.

You can't leave the keys on the counter unless you want to leave the door unlocked which would encourage a host of problems.

Etc.Your net-work is huge in this industry, so I'd encourage you to go to local meet-ups, spend time with other successful investors, etc. 

I see all these gurus on social media encouraging out of state Section 8 rentals in places like OH, MO, etc.

It almost feels like there is a movement encouraging it.

While we don't have specific names to recommend, we encourage you to seek feedback and personal recommendations from others who have used these services.

Get some advice or encouragement from others in the same boat.I am behind on my 2024 goals.

Doesn't mean they give terrible advice but I find it often comes from a place of fear or inexperience and discourages action taking rather than encouraging action taking.
