Have a property for sale in Delaware (15 min from the beaches and outlets, close to two country clubs,etc).

The city is improving the down town atmosphere and 34652 is a short drive to Pinellas County world class beaches .

So that doesn't mean we have a 'housing crisis', it means they need to move farther east like people have been doing forever.Regular income people used to live in Pacific Beach too.

Hello GuysI am building an ADU in the backyard of my Duplex in Los Angeles, Culver City area (close to Venice Beach).

Where I live in NY houses go for 600k  plus...unless you are a celebrity or born with a silver spoon or are wiling to work for 60 yers before becoming a home owner... you'll never own a house.Getting creative and using Other Peoples Money is not bad, its sophisticated and 100% valuable.

They want it handed to them on a silver platter with not effort on their part to research and investigate investing strategies.
