The mobile trucks heat water to over 200 degrees and produce steam for sanitizing.

It must be a monster of a tree.  

Plenty of retail jobs and lots of good paying extra work in spring/fall on the farm or driving truck/tractor.

I definitely won't increase it 70% in year one, I'm not a monster, lol. 

Maybe the cost can be justified, but you should expect transparancy on what exactly was done etc.Being a PM is not easy, owners expect work to be done by a skilled and licensed contractor, who of course gets a salary, also benefits and work truck, not to mention a mark up for the PM to actually make a profit. 

If you own a 3 million dollar trucking company and just wanna buy a couple rentals...likely a trucking industry focused CPA would be your go-to. 

With the driveway down hill toward the house we have two choices:a. back the pickup in rear first so as the be able to drive out forward.b. park the truck in the driveway front first which requires backing out.

It take 4-5 months to get one now because after covid no trucks were shipping parts, so that's going to make her more difficult.
