Is it possible to compare what the brokers I have consulted with offer.Or is that unethical and I should stick to the first one who send me his details also for the sake of not affecting my credit score.

You may need to pay a broker to help consult with you through the deal process, but they commonly know lenders that will finance their type of deals, they clearly know the acquisition process from LOI to contract negotiations.  

Providing fixed costs, factory monitored conditions/precision and rapid timelines (as short as 2 months for a full 4 unit apartment to be delivered and rentable to our site), we are strong believers that modular is the future of real estate.
