Yes, I agree that concrete over concrete is a bad idea, but there are many ways to fix up the crack concrete patio like you can replace the entire patio, along with flowers and the borders, you can also resurface the top or you can polymer the slab lifting surface of the patio.

I would highly appreciate it if you could give your opinion on the next neighborhoods or suggest other area you think is more appropriate:Eagledale, River side park area, Mapleton-Fall Creek, Windsor Park, Garfield Park, Little Flower, Irvington, Beech Grove. 

It costs so much to paint, add flowers, pay for someone to show the house etc.

The people who help me with my vacation rental turnovers know that there are extra steps that relate to hospitality like making sure that leftover food is removed from the refrigerator from the previous guest, putting flowers on the night stands, etc.
