For me at this time in my life, that is huge. 

I had a W2 I wanted to leave and thought that owning 30 rental properties would be enough to retire from corporate life.

Don't make your life more complicated than it has to be.

The real estate market is not a very efficient market, it is heavily influenced by deeply human factors.

This influx is largely driven by young professionals and families attracted to the city's burgeoning tech scene and quality of life.

Alot of Memphis residence are moving into the area because of the better quality of life and opportunity opening up thats new and fresh as compared to plain ole' Memphis.

Usually as long as their are no life threatening issues (no HVAC, windows won't open, no hot water), the housing authority will began to pay the rent and give you time to address the required repairs.

I goal for freedom is to travel a lot and have freedom to also help out Christianity, and to have the freedom to live life on my own terms. 

Pennsylvania has specific regulations for these facilities, mostly overseen by the Department of Human Services (DHS).
