I thought about growing produce with some herbs, flowers; and having a roadside stand, you could actually tie in a B&B, farm to table etc. do some fun stuff and maybe market to like women's groups at churches or ? 

I gave my agent a potted flower, mostly as a way to reconnect after the transaction, say hi, and just catch up.

You could even hide the rock in a flower bed or somewhere else where it could not be easily detected.

Give a shout if you source any there, west of Celebration or the flower named streets.

The low price point is what attracts me because if there if it can be fixed up and rented it should BE a cash flower.

Send some flowers and well-wishes when the kid is born, that's all you can- and should- do. 

Poor focus and personal preferences could easily set me off to add a nice flower bed around the perimeter of the house - - oh isn't that pretty!
