You can probably have someone at the local nursery do a design for you for free, if you 're buying plants from them.  

I'm not looking to clear cut the land but ideally I would like to cull some of the weaker trees and allow the better hardwoods to grown and to plant more desirable trees. 

It had accuracy within a couple inches and could navigate the rows it planted.

To doing construction and layout work in large plants, which is what I do currently.

I've build thejetsethost.com but scratching my head on pushing forward with more effort and expense to really build out a marketing plant. 

I attended a 3day seminar/workshop with Real Estate intensive and all I can say is that I paid $2000 for a very special seed and taste for REI that was planted inside of me.

But if you used 100 CCFs of water in the winter and 30 CCFs in the summer, you'll pay for the full 30 CCFs for sewer, even if half that was used to water your plants and isn't getting treated as sewage.  

It may take a bit longer for you to reap the benefits of what you plant, but it will feed you for a long time.  

BART is convenient though and there will soon be a ferry terminal at the end of Harbour Way South by the old Ford Plant with free parking.

Or have a dry river bed, with pebbles, run through the yard or do some plantings that soften the lines.
