I think we all have the capacity to drill down and to find the answers to every one of the questions you asked and to educate ourselves about the process.

There should be an exception to this rule based on competence/education/work experience, but I guess that's hard to prove.

Currently, the 'initial' investment is set at $997, but as you progress through the coursework, they will likely require additional payments for further education, keeping you in a continuous loop of purchasing their materials and courses.

You also want to educate yourself about a market before entering it because many deals look good on paper, but the area's occupancy can be at an all-time low.
