I refrained from going out to dinner.

A few weeks ago, we had dinner together because he wanted to discuss it with me and consider a future partnership.

If you are brand new then yes, absolutely cold call on Sunday, preferably either at 5 a.m. or at dinner time. 

I have learned so much just from speaking with a couple of bankers that I took out for dinner.

Would be open to meeting for lunch or dinner.

I partnered with a RE agent doing a flip, at one point mention he had to be at the dinner as his broker is honoring those whole sold $1 million or more, the million dollar club, and he made it.

Find out who the bigger players are in your market and see if you can take them for coffee, drinks, or dinner.

Tell the neighbors to stop making tacos for dinner because the people next door don't like the smell? 

Here my idea, please share your take on this strategy and it may have been already be a thing, but I literally just thought of it at the dinner table and abruptly left the table to draw it out on my dry erase board.Someone comes to me with deal and they need cash to finance it.
