@Clay Massey On the DSCR side, it's case by case, but most lenders will cap leverage for a non-warrantable condo at 65% LTV.

It is in relatively good shape for being built in 1923, but will soon (~5 years) need a new roof, still has cast iron piping, and original clay tile/drainage.

Anecdotally I see a lot of tear-down-rebuilds on slab foundations on Dallas, the clay soil just moves too much.

Upon inspection we found the sewer pipe to be of cast iron material up to the 31ft mark then changing to clay pipe the rest of the way.

Hi guys I was wondering if I can get your thoughts.So a local plumbing company inspected my property and found the sewer drain pipe (cast iron) rotted where where it connects to the clay pipe that goes into the floor of my basement.
