This is great of your accountant who may choose to advise that you liquidate shares during a tax year where you realize some loss elsewhere.

I just don't understand what happened here.Your PM could do a better job by requiring the tenant to take pictures or video so they understand the issue and can share that information with the plumber.

Choosing the best first property depends on the timeline, learning opportunities, financial comfort, and property appreciation and market demand.Good luck!
