Ashamed of being a owner.Trump has his name on Trump Towers..Rental is a Business not a  hobby.sounds harsh maybe, but my point is so is being a landlord, you make decisions they start , stop with you, your responsible, and your the one that's going to have to represent your self if you go to court. get sued, You don't have to be their friends,, that's not every a great idea,, but your the owner , manager, one whom set the standards of what they are expected to follow according to your lease agreement.  

Its a shame we just don't all because an organization for group health insurance lol. 

It'd be a shame to lose an entire property because you were too lazy to install a $30 product properly.

Also I would probably not advise selling one of your rentals until you have thoroughly evaluated a new market that you would like to invest in with the proceeds. because it would be a shame to have the cash sitting in the bank earning next to nothing in interest while you research other markets. 

In my opinion it really is a shame that so many people are offering these "courses" now.

So @Dalton York I am asking it is a shame it had to come to this I wish we could have sorted this out between us with you returning funds and us parting ways in a civilized way...but apparently for some reason you think you could get away with it...I was in Indy a month or so ago, I tried to get hold of you to meet you but for some reason you were "too busy", with what. scamming other people...??! 

I absolutely love Roland Park, it is a shame that taxes are ridiculous in the city. 

It's a shame he can't get a plug in for his business.

It sounds like an awesome property (five units) - it's a shame that it can't be generating some revenue for your while you are deployed.

It's a shame too because I have been using them for almost a year with no hiccups.
